The Board of Trustees for the Harvard Fire Protection District will conduct a
Special Meeting on January 21, 2020 at 7pm in the training room at 502 S.
Eastman Street, Harvard, Illinois. The intended purpose of the meeting is: 1.
Conduct a “Closed Session” pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2, Sec 2.(c)(1); 2. Board action
resulting from “Closed Session”; 3. Discussion and action on purchase of Gateway
communication equipment and Intergovernmental Agreement; 4. Discussion and
action on payroll expenditures.
