  1. Meeting Call to order (1:00 p.m.)
  2. Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence
  3. Roll Call; Trustee Carbonetti, Trustee Hugg, Trustee Condon, and Trustee Clarke, were present. Trustee Kelnhofer was absent.
  4. Motion to approve the agenda. (Hugg) Seconded by (Clarke). Roll call vote-Carbonetti-yes, Condon-yes, Hugg-yes, Clarke-yes.
  5. Audience Participation-None
  6. Publicly open sealed bid submittals for a pumper apparatus to be purchased by the Harvard Fire Protection District.
  7. Motion to refer bids which meet the terms identified in the bid specifications to the HFPD Apparatus Committee for further consideration. (Clarke) Second (Hugg) Roll call vote Clarke yes, Hugg- yes, Condon-yes. Carbonetti fell ill and left the meeting.
